Excellent Value for Money Watch September 19, 2008 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
I bought this watch as I am getting on in years and my existing watch, though expensive, has a face which is now difficult to read without spectacles. This Casio's face is very easy to read (even in bed at night). I think the watch also looks cool. I have a small wrist and the nylon resin band has many notches so it will fit just about anybody. My only niggle is that the instructions (although comprehensive) come in a tiny little book which is difficult to read (perhaps my advancing years ??!!)The watch has a host of features so understanding the instructions takes a little time and some work - after seeing the day/date changing in mid afternoon it took me 3 days to realise that this worked from the digital and not analogue time !! Despite this niggle, I am very pleased with my purchase and would recommend this watch to anyone looking for an excellent value for money time-keeper.
Good cheap watch October 11, 2007 27 out of 27 found this review helpful
I bought this watch mainly as it was cheap and because the dial body is square. As far as features go it has a stop watch, world time functionality, date, 30 number storage AND the Casio 10 year battery. It doesn't look too cheap and looks reasonably modern. The strap is okay - I have thin wrists and there are still several holes left over so it should fit anyone. The light is bright orange and almost bright enough to read by! It has kept excellent time for the several months that I have owned it so far and I am happy with my purchase. The only problem I have with it is that the case is quite thick so it feels very tight when I wear shirts with cufflinks.
8/10 - it's good and it's cheap.
