Its simple, these earphones are the best that I have ever purchased.
They do not hurt your ears after prolonged use and they do not fall out when running.
And as a bonus they do eliminate a lot (not all) of the background noise.
Highly recommended, quick buy them.........

yes these are truly spectacular!!!!!!
when I walk home from uni there normally tends to be alot of noise as I live on a main road,so often im not able to hear my music properly BUT i have finally found the earphones for me!!!!!!!!!
they are most definitely noise isolating, they create a vacuum in your ears and you cant hear anything- ofcourse its also down to your individual music choices I mean if your gonna listen to really loud dance music then sound is much much better as the bass in these earphones is fantastic!!!!!!! and they are damn cheap!!!!
ofcourse if u were not interested in these I would always reccommend the sony fontopia headphones those are probably the best earphones in terms of sound quality but mine got stolen and because they were expensive I never went back to get more but these creative earphones are a great substitute!!! I reccommend these strongly

What can I say I don't normally write reviews but this must be said after so many 1 star reviews. Don't listen to the morons, they don't know what they're talking about. These things are high quality. I've now bought 3 sets ALL working fine, just got extra sets incase i lose them (common problem with me).Low frequencies a delight, you can expect to pay 30-40 on a uk high st. for same sound quality, I am convinced these things are cx 300's rebadged. You make up your mind.
Great value and excellent sound quality November 25, 2008
I bought some of these to replace the standard earphones for my Creative Zen Vision M. They are a massive improvement. They fit very tightly and snugly, with different sized earpiece attachments so you can select the right fit. They fit so well, in fact, that they block out almost all outside noise even when no music is playing.
Sound reproduction is excellent. I am no audiophile and offer no expert judgement, but I do listen to a lot of music and these headphones produce almost as good a sound as my Sennheiser over-the-head style headphones (which are much more expensive and not as convenient for use on buses or trains).
Excellent earphones for the price in my opinion.

Creative Labs EP-630/A Earphones
Received my EP-630 this morning with baited breath, opened the pack attached it to my Ipod Nano, was I overjoyed or should I say ecstatic or what. Imagine seating in a huge log house listening to Bang and Olufsen, both for free,that is what the price and quality of this earphones brought to mind. My first pair were Sennheiser's, which cost me a mortgage, best treble overkill I have ever experienced.
