I made an order for this the minute I spotted our uninvited guest poke his nose around the kitchen door while I was sitting in my living room.
Ever since I plugged them in, I thankfully have not seen him since. Which is a relief, because I was not looking forward to the drama that would unfold were my other half to spot it (she doesn't even know we've had a mouse, I denied ever having seen one!).
My secret, and my short term sanity are now safe, thanks to the timely intervention of The Big Cheese.

i had a mice problem like the rest of you in here and i heard about this brought it and didnt notice a different i called my pest control company in and they actuall informed me by using these u probably would see them more as its just makes them act crazy and leads them to spin aroun in circles he said to me this is only good as a prevention not a cure so if you already have mice in your property this is not for you

This is my second review so far. Initially I was quite impressed with the product, rated it 5 STAR. No signS of rats in just a week! It took about a month for the rats to re-appear again. Had to plug 3 units in a room - did not work. Are the rats deaf???
I think to try some poison or the electric rat killer! Hope I get rid of them once and forever!

I will be contacting the company that supplied me with these. Watching mice walk past the units did not impress. Perhaps as another reviewer has said they are wearing mouse ear plugs? Despite these units supposedly being ultrasonic I can clearly hear them on more than one of the 4 cycles. Although perhaps I have super hero hearing? I bought this product as I didn't want to kill the mice (they are very cute), buying these I felt was a kind option. I have now had to revert to mars bar baited traps, which has not been pleasant, but the pesky rodents are no longer sharing my home. This product does not work, DO NOT BUY IT. I want my money back.

I bought this along with warfarin soaked food so it could be said I started cynical. I live in a rural area surrounded by food sources. I can tolerate rodents so long as they know where my property boundaries lie and clearly the local ones didn't. I expected a period of corpses but hoped they'd be temporary; so far they've been a year.
I suspect the plugings had an effect; they increased my carbon footprint and electricity bill.
