Wonderful, humorous book November 13, 2007 11 out of 11 found this review helpful
This little delight was something I perused in the book store and bought as a gift for a relative. I ended up reading it myself and buying eight more to give as Christmas gifts. It's charming and hysterically funny. I laughed so hard in bed reading it that I'd wake my husband. It's a gem!
surprise present October 26, 2007 7 out of 7 found this review helpful
Was given this book for my birthday.... I was told it would put a smile on my face, and it didn't fail..!! Funniest book I've read in a long time....and I don't even have a dog...!!! Just bought a few copies for xmas presents for those hard to buy people... everyone appreciates a good laugh...definitely recommend it !!!
A Great Book for Belly Laughs. October 9, 2007 6 out of 6 found this review helpful
An extremely funny book, I actually cried laughing in some parts. I wasn't expecting to enjoy this as I am not really a big fan of dogs, but nevertheless it was very entertaining, filled with moments of humour, romance (well, doggy style romance - ha ha) and pathos. Would definately recommend it to anyone.
Bad Dog's Diary October 6, 2007 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
Loved this book. Not only is it screamingly funny, but it reminded me of all the times I was played by the family pets over the years; all the times that I fell for the "Look Of Great Pleading", all the times I thought it was safe to let the dog off the lead, and the "eating the sausages from the fridge while still in the plastic bag" incident came flooding back!
