I purchased the pump to remove excess rain water from garden pond. I found the pump to be inadequate i.e it would have taken hours to remove
a reasonable amount of water from the pond. The other potential problem customers need to be aware of is that you have to keep your finger on a button for the device to function. No on or off switch
