Only worked two and a half goes. December 2, 2008 Bought this pressure washer to clean the block paved patio and driveway. Worked for just twice and then gave up the ghost half way through the third cleaning attempt. As we only do this job once a year it was well out of warranty. Good job the neighbour had a better model. My advise is buy a better specification more expensive model and if you can extend the warranty it may not be such a bad idea? (never bother normally as often more expensive than replacing)
Good as long as you don't need detergent April 21, 2007 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I Recently got one of these as a birthday present. It is very powerful and can easily rip dirt and grime off any surface such as a patio. Unfortunatly my main use for this was for cleaning my car and for this you need to use detergent to remove traffic film etc, so surely a job for the deterent tank?
This is where the product falls flat: The detergent tank is connected by a tube which feeds through a hole in the product's casing and connects to the inner workings of the device. The tube is held on to these inner workings by nothing more than friction. Yes, you read that correctly, no jubile clip or fastenings, just friction. If like me you pull the tube too much the whole things comes off in your hand and you are left with a very effective patio cleaner. And becuase the tube reconnects inside the casing, you will either have to open it up (using special tools and probably invalidating your warranty) or to return it and buy one made by a different company.

what a great piece of machinery, cleans with maximum efficency and using the pressure washer puts a bit of fun into the chores, results are immediate and very impressive.like the previous listing my garden pavements etc now are moss, weed, and dirt free,my shed and fence are almost like new,and as for the car it dosent know what hit it.the machine is very easy to assemble and even easier to use, connecting and disconnecting the various attachments is a piece of cake. all in all a highly recommended piece of equipment.
Great little machine July 20, 2005 22 out of 23 found this review helpful
I couldn't disagree more with the previous reviewer as this is a cracking little machine and has done a great job of cleaning my car, bike and patio. In particular I like that it even deals with the fiddly bits in my alloy wheels that are a real pain to do by hand and that automatic car washes never seem to sort out properly. Using the detergent tank is easy enough and it adds the detergent to the water when you are using the machine at lower pressure to loosen all the gundge for blasting off later. I find the dirtblaster attachment that comes with the machine cos its really useful - like the rest of the bits this clicks easily into place and changes the way that the machine squirts the water, making it really powerful for cleaning. I have used this on my patio and it's got everything so clean that it looks almost like we've had a new set of paving slabs fitted. I even used my Karcher to blast the weeds out from inbetween the slabs when I was cleaning!
Karcher pressure washer June 1, 2005 47 out of 65 found this review helpful
After carefully deciding this to be pressure washer of choice, boy was I set for a let down. Although an industry leader, it has many niggly points. Firstly the attachments can be very dificult and awkward to attach and unattach. Secondly the mixer bottle simply is hopeless in the best of time let alone that it doesnt work most of the time. Best avoided is my advice.
