I bought this for my 6 year old who loves all things Scooby Doo. The story was a bit lost in amongst the activity of reading the words whilst holding the book close to a strong bedside lamp (as unobtrusively as possible) and then turning the light off to see the glowing bits. He loved it but it was all a bit tricky and the glowing bits didn't hold the glow for very long.
