Dog Yoga

I had not heard of doga yet there is a book published on the subject of pet yoga, or yoga with your dog.

I am not knowledgeable on yoga and certainly not on yoga with my dogs, yet it does sound like a great idea. We all love going out walks with our dogs and most of us enjoy playing with then in the home, yet doga gives you another way of connecting and spending quality time with your dog, while getting fit yourself. It would appear to be a way of doing gentle exercise and helping your dog keep healthy.
